Responsability
RX tries provide the most accurate information possible in order to ease the transactions on the website. All information found on the website is published on the principle of good faith, without implicit guarantee of their exactitude. RX cannot be accounted responsible for losses or damages linked to bad usage of information, products or services on our website as well as damages due to impossibility to connect to the website.
Prices and taxes
All products found on the RX website are hand made to order. Due to nature of production, all sales are final from the moment of purchase. The money is taken at the moment of order validation. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, trades or credit for purchases unless the customer can provide proof of a defect, that is the fault of RX.
All prices shown on the website are in Swiss Francs (CHF). If you are buying from another country, the total amount you are debited might vary slightly due to change fees.
Delivery and abroad delivery
Delivery and customs fees are borne by the customer.
RX validates the order in an average time of 48 hours.
Delivery in Switzerland is usually 3 to 7 days after being delivered to the carrier.
In Europe, the delivery can take from 4 to 10 working days, but can take up to 20 in exceptional cases, after being taken by the carrier.
Delivery for all countries outside of Europe usually takes between 7 and 15 days, but can take up to 30.
RX will try and delivery in your country, whatever it is. If it’s not in the list of supported countries, write us at info@rx.care.com. We will try and find an arrangement to ship it. All costs relative to such order will be borne by the customer.
All RX products are hand made. Usual production time is 3 to 4 working days. Confection of clothes might take up to three weeks in exceptional cases. If a situation like that happens, the customer will be notified.
Returns and reimbursements
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date, with original tags and packaging
Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
Reimbursements will be issued after inspection of the product
To initiate a return, write to info@rx.care.com.
Reimbursement: Impossibility of delivery. RX will reimburse you the amount of the transaction if the product can’t be made or shipped to you.
Third party content
The website might contain contents of third parties non affiliated to RX. RX can’t be accounted responsible for any content that might be found on those websites.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The applicable law is the one of Canton Vaud, in Switzerland. The end user renounces to any other jurisdiction other than the Swiss one.
