Delivery

Delivery is free Worldwide.

RX process an order in an average time of 48 hours.

Delivery in Europe usually takes from 4 to 10 working days.

Delivery for all countries outside of Europe usually takes from 7 to 10 days.

RX will try and delivery in your country, whatever it is. If it’s not in the list of supported countries, write us at info@rx-care.com. We will try and find an arrangement to ship it. All costs relative to such order will be borne by the customer.

Returns and reimbursements

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date, with original tags and packaging

Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

Reimbursements will be issued after inspection of the product

Reimbursement: Impossibility of delivery. RX will reimburse you the amount of the transaction if the product can’t be made or shipped to you.
